As the lead designer for all marketing efforts, I created and designed marketing campaigns that took a complicated set of B2B SaaS products and made them easily digestible to customers. I also managed cross-functional projects and external vendors. I rebuilt the company website, driving increased engagement by clarifying messaging and aligning better with user expectations and needs. I worked with the product team to build a UX research practice from the ground up, implementing best practices for testing as well as designing, running, and synthesizing studies.
